The warm folks at WarmShowers – community for cycle tourers, invited me to talk about my cycle touring adventures on their popular bike life podcast. Had a great time reminiscing my early days of cycle touring – the days when I didn’t know how to use gears on a cycle, had never camped or cycle toured before, never really seen a pannier bag even.

I have shared some thoughts on the Indian culture and lack of camping and other adventure possibilities out in the open countryside. Though, these were shared quite quickly, so I do feel I was generalizing a little. These matters are such that one can easily have a very long conversation on social dynamics and pros/cons and such. But to do it in short, one trades of with a bit of generalization I guess.
